Arch: Product venture

Owning an early stage product from opportunity and feature prioritisation through UX, UI, brand, technical implementation and commercial planning.

Arch Hero project composition

Current status: working MVP, not publicly launched. Commercial model and marketing strategy are in development. No customer, revenue or launch outcomes are claimed.

The opportunity

A fragmented planning journey

Arch is a wedding planning product built around a connected experience for couples, guests and suppliers. The product explores how planning, invitations, RSVP journeys, wedding websites and supplier discovery can work together rather than as disconnected tools.

Product strategy

Defining what belongs in the product

I am shaping the product proposition, prioritising capabilities and making trade offs between an ambitious long-term vision and a manageable initial release. This includes the planning experience, public facing guest journeys and the supplier ecosystem.

Design & delivery

From product decisions to implementation

My work spans information architecture, UX flows, interface design, brand direction and implementation choices. The aim is to connect design decisions with a product that can be built and maintained.

Commercial thinking

Designing the business as well as the experience

Alongside the product, I am exploring commercialisation, supplier participation, positioning, acquisition and marketing activity. The commercial model, validation evidence and launch status will be detailed here once confirmed.

What comes next

Validation, release and learning

The product is currently a working MVP. Next evidence to add: the exact MVP feature boundary, annotated screens, prioritisation rationale, user feedback and planned launch experiments. Any future features will be labelled as planned, not shipped.
