Around twenty years working across customer experience, research, UX and organisational change, with a growing focus on product strategy and leadership.

I make complexity visible.

I started as a customer advocate in financial services and moved into research and design. I now work across product direction, design systems, delivery and team leadership.

I believe strong leaders help people make decisions they could not confidently have made before. I coach on evidence and judgement, not personal taste.

Based in Edinburgh, UK. Open to suitable senior design and product roles, including remote opportunities.
